I was born and raised here in the East Bay and have lived here most of my life. Although I received a BS in Engineering from UC Berkeley I knew by the end of the program that I wanted to work with people, not things. My interest in medicine started with a desire to learn more about myself and my body, a curiosity that has never been satisfied by conventional medicine. In my search for a person-centered, natural, and integrative system of medicine I found both Chinese and Naturopathic Medicine. So being the person I am I went and learned both. Coming back to the Bay I’m excited for the opportunity to serve people in a community setting. When I’m not thinking about or practicing medicine (which I do constantly) I enjoy being outside, biking, hiking, reading, and cooking for large groups of people.
