How to Purchase an EZ Acu Pack
- EZ Acu Packs can be purchased in the clinic or online for 5 or 10 treatments.
- We automatically track EZ Acu Packs in our online charting system when you come in. You will NOT see a balance when you book, and you do NOT need to put a note in the payment box at each visit.
- When the package is all used up we will let you know in person and via email.

EZ Acu Pack Pricing:
5 treatments = $125 – $250 sliding scale
10 treatments = $250 – $500 sliding scale
Purchase with Cash or Check in the Clinic:
Place cash or check in our clinics payment box along with a payment slip that includes your name, date, and what type of package you are purchasing.

Fill out the EZ Acu Pack Form with your credit card information. Your credit card will be charged when you hit submit. There is a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. You will automatically be emailed a payment receipt.
*In person Credit Card payments can be made by scanning the QR code at the payment station.
Frequently Asked Questions:
How long will it take for my treatment credits to show up in my chart?
Payment processing will happen one or two times a week. If you have a package purchase pending you can simply let your acupuncturist know at the time of your visit to count that treatment as part of the package.
How do I use my EZ Acu Pass?
Just book follow up appointments as you normally would. We will automatically keep track of your prepaid package in our charts and let you know when you are running low and need to purchase another one. You do NOT need to put notes in the payment box about prepaid packages unless you are purchasing a new one.
Is my credit card information safe?
Our payment platform uses Stripe in conjunction with Cognito forms. All credit card data is secured with encrypted software. Once it is entered no one on our end can see your card details. Stripe is a secure payment platform just like other online payment systems used by yoga studios and restaurants.
What if I don’t want to use my EZ Acu Pass for a visit?
If you are using your POCA membership benefits or are taking advantage of a special, you may not want us to mark off your package for a particular treatment, and that is totally fine. Just let us know in person or put a note in the payment box.
Do EZ Acu Packs expire?
No, the cash value of your package is good indefinitely. If we have increased our sliding scale since you purchased your last EZ Acu Pass, and your package is more than 1 year old, we will convert the remaining monetary value to cover as many treatments as possible under our new sliding scale.
Can I share with another person?
No, sharing packages is too difficult for us to track. Each person needs to purchase their own package.
What if I no longer want or need my treatment credits?
If you no longer want or need your prepaid package you have a few options. You can transfer all remaining credits to a friend, you can donate the extra funds to the clinic, or we can issue you a refund for any remaining cash value.
Can I buy more than one EZ Acu Pack at a time?
Yes, you can buy as many packages at a time as you like. Though if you want to purchase multiple cards with a credit card you will have to fill out the form multiple times.
Can I use my FSA (Flex Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) to purchase prepaid packages?
Yes, you can use both FSA and HSA credit cards to pay for treatment cards directly when filling out the EZ Acu Pack Form. Alternatively, if you pay cash or check you can submit your self-made receipts for reimbursement. If these self-made receipts are not accepted, you can request a receipt on our letter head up to twice a year (just email the clinic about this). Click Here for more info on FSA/HSA.
