Wednesday Morning Prepaid $15 September Special FAQ

Question: What a great deal, how can I take advantage?

Answer:  You can book this special online or over the phone.  You will need a credit card to book this service and will be charged $15 at the time of booking.  When booking online please select: “Wednesday Morning (9a-2p) Prepaid Special – $15 (Follow Up Visits Only)” from our service menu and follow the prompts until the booking is complete.

Q: Can I book a Wednesday morning appointment without booking the prepaid special?

A: Yes! If you want to pay in person with cash/check, use your prepaid easy card package to pay for the treatment, or book a New Patient appointment on a Wednesday morning in September, you can still do so.  Our regular pricing will apply, and you can book in the following way:

First select one of the following services:

  • Acupuncture- FOLLOW-UP VISIT: 30 to 45 minute rest time
  • Acupuncture- NEW PATIENT VISIT: 30 to 45 minute rest time

Then select one of the following practitioners:

  • “Holly – Wednesday Mornings in Sept. (Grand Ave.)”
  • “Sarah – Wednesday Mornings in Sept. (Laurel / Diamond)”
  • “Any Available Provider”

Q: What if I book and then I don’t show up, or I cancel with less than 12 hours notice?

A: You will forfeit the prepaid $15.

Q: I’m a new patient. Can I take advantage of this special?

A: You can, but only after you have booked and completed your New Patient Visit. New Patient Visits are longer than return appointments because we need the extra time with you to welcome you to the clinic and have a more complete understanding of your condition. After booking and completing a New Patient Visit, you can then book “Wednesday Morning (9a-2p) Prepaid Special – $15 (Follow Up Visits Only)”. If a mistake happens, and a new patient books this special, we will contact them to re-book as a new patient and reschedule their return appointment for the next appropriate day.

Q: When does this special expire?

A: The last day of this special is Wednesday, September 28th, 2022.
