I am a Nationally Certified and California Licensed Acupuncturist. Having graduated in 2021 from the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Science in Oakland with a Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
My first experiences with Acupuncture was via a roller derby teammates reference whilst recovering from a sports injury. The effectiveness and accessibility of acupuncture made a lasting impression that has directed the trajectory of my career.
I have also been a professional body piercer since 2007. This has offered me the unique opportunity of closely observing thousands of peoples ears over the years, this experience informs my practice of auricular acupuncture.
Outside of the clinic I enjoy volunteering at the Bottoms Up Community Garden in West Oakland, where I nurture medicinal herbs while cultivating food sovereignty. It’s possible to spot me bicycling or roller skating through the streets of Oakland. My time with Roller Derby also sparked my wanderlust leading me away on regional and international travels.
