Catarina Rodrigues joins the Oakland Acupuncture Project community on Thursdays, starting August 14th. She received her Reiki Second Degree certification in 2023 with Dr. Eric Rubin, DC of SF’s North Point Chiropractic and Family Wellness Center, as well as training in Shamanic Journeying from Isa Gucciardi at the Foundation of the Sacred Stream in Berkeley.
Catarina has a Masters in Counseling and has taught Applied Psychology and Human Development courses at City College of San Francisco, Laney College, Berkeley City College and California Institute of Integral Studies. Currently, she leads groups on the power and possibility of Post Traumatic Growth and offers guidance to therapy interns at Oakland’s Earth Circles Counseling Center. Catarina’s favorite intersection at Black Rock City was Comfort and Joy. She is thrilled to be at OAP offering a modality that may facilitate further ease and joy into our shared community.
