More than ever, we need communities that are diverse, sustainable and resilient. Healthy communities are built by healthy people, and that’s where we come in. We envision Oakland as a place where individuals, families and businesses can grow and thrive.

We take our mission to build community and cultivate health very seriously. This section of the website aims to further those goals by providing information on community acupuncture, health and nutrition as well as local businesses and organizations who are making a difference in Oakland and the Bay Area.

Testimonials

  • Testimonial – Ron San Miguel
Ron San MiguelHola! It is an honor and a pleasure to give a rambunctious shout out and positive kudos to The Oakland Acupuncture Project!  My kids and I receive treatments there anytime we are injured or ill.  We've been treated for anything from sore throats to colds, muscle pain, low energy, fatigue, and even martial arts injuries.  The acupuncture and herbs they provide do wonders to help us maintain a strong immune system.  Many times, prior to a singing engagement, treatments at Oakland Acupuncture Clinic have given me the energy boost I needed to fight off a cold and congestion, just in the nick of time to be able to perform.  Thank You Roselle and Whitney!
